Nose

Violets, plums and notes of earth come out of the glass.

Palate

In the mouth it's vigorous and crunchy. It has a long finishing with lights notes of spices.

Growing Conditions

A high selection of the best Sangiovese grapes with a 5% of Colorino, all from our fields.

Harvest

From mid September to early October.

Bottling

It's been resting in the bottles for 13 years.

Winemaking

Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and no control of temperature in concrete tanks.

Aging

Two and a half years in 500 Lt oak barrels and 1000 Lt oak barrels.

Appearance

Dark ruby and bloody color.
