Harvest

A mild winter with little rainfall was followed by a rainy spring. The heat of early summer was well balanced by the water supply of the storms at the end of August. Good quality of the grapes harvested

Winemaking

The carefully selected bunches are partially raisined in well ventilated rooms. Fermentation with wild yeast and aging take place in small oak casks kept in the attic, with extreme temperature fluctuations between summer and winter.

Dark amber color with slight garnet tinge
