A brief history
Castello di Gabbiano, one of most historical Chianti Classico estates, today is one of most prestigious wine production centre in Tuscany. Part of Treasury Wine Estates since 2000, the estate has been completely reorganized: the vineyards (over 160ha) and the cellars have been renovated, according to the most selective viticulture methods and the newest techniques. In the cellar a still traditional winemaking process is emphasised by highest technology equipment
