Nose

This beautifully crisp and fresh white wine has a delicately aromatic nose.

Palate

Flavours of stone fruit and citrus and an underlying mineral acidity. Bright, fresh and lemony. Refreshingly crisp and fragrant.

Growing Conditions

Vernaccia is one of the great white wines of Tuscany and hails from the stunningly beautiful and famous medieval hilltops of San Gimignano. Here the grapes are grown in volcanic soil and gently warmed by the Tuscan sun to give them character and flavour.

Respecting the ecosystem has gone hand in hand with the winery's growth: a minmal environmental impact is a prerogative the family chose to pursue, in order to safeguard the ecological future of the surrounding habitat.

Winemaking

Traditional in temperature-controlled off skin. Fermentation in small and medium stainless-steel tank.

Food Pairing

This wine's citrus notes makes it a natural match for fish and seafood.
