Winemaking

Maceration, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel.
Spontaneous natural alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts.

Aging

12 months in french oak tonneaux and subsequently 6-12 months bottle ageing.

Appearance

Bright radiant ruby.
