Palate

Elegant, structured and balanced. Full-bodied and velvety, with a long, satisfying finish. Complex flavors of ripe dark berries, spice and toasted oak.

Winemaking

Maceration, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel. Spontaneous natural alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts.

Aging

24 months in french oak tonneaux and subsequently 12 months bottle ageing. The longer aging helps the wine to gain structure and longevity.

Appearance

Deep dark ruby red.
