Palate

Deep and complex. Supple on the palate, fruity juiciness, long aftertaste.

Winemaking

Maceration, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel. Spontaneous natural alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts.

Aging

24 months in french oak tonneaux and subsequently 12 months bottle ageing. The longer aging helps the wine to gain structure and longevity.

Appearance

Bright dark ruby red.
