Palate
Pretty, delicate and floral, featuring crystalline clarity and purity. Crushed red Sangiovese fruit, spice, cedar and anise are beautifully lifted. Round and balanced with silky tannins and decidedly finissed.
Winemaking
Maceration, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel. Spontaneous natural alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts.
Aging
24 months in french oak tonneaux and subsequently 12 months bottle ageing. The longer aging helps the wine to gain structure and longevity.
Appearance
Bright radiant ruby.
