Winemaking

100 hl stainless steel vats fermenters with temperature control, alcoholic fermentation around 24/26 °C and around 10 days maceration at 28/30 °C, daily wine tastings allow to check colors and tannins extraction.

Aging

Aging in big Slavonian oak hl 20/25 for 9 months.

Appearance

Intense ruby-red.

Food Pairing

This Rosso is perfectly suitable for aperitivo with cold cuts with fresh cheeses and grilled vegetables, it is the perfect companion for pasta dishes with hare sauce or mushrooms. It is also suitable for main courses such as roasted pork or sausages.
