Nose

Harmonious taste to the nose, of great structure, savory with smooth tannins.
Growing Conditions
It is produced with Sangiovese grapes, selected in Piuca vineyard, that is located at over 600 m above sea level.
Winemaking
Vinified according to traditional methods in cement tanks.
Aging
After eight months of aging in used barrique and at least three months of resting in the bottle the wine is ready.
Appearance
A ruby color tending to garnet and an intense.
Food Pairing
Rare steak (the classic Florentine style), grilled red meat, and roasts.
